We turn developers into the engineers 2026 is hiring for.
Norlabs is a 24-week, in-person agentic-AI programme. We take graduates and working developers from generative-AI foundations to shipping production multi-agent systems — and into the roles hiring for them.
The campus-to-corporate pipeline that Indian engineers relied on for twenty years is breaking. We built Norlabs to be the answer — a small, intensive cohort built around the 2026 stack and the interviews that get you the offer.
We're practitioners first. Everything we teach, we ship. That's why the curriculum is rebuilt every cohort, why faculty are working engineers, and why we cap each intake at twenty seats — so the feedback stays real and the outcomes stay measurable.

Six months, 24 weeks, four days a week — 10 AM to 5 PM IST, live in Kochi. Days 1–3 are AI core development; every Day 4 is DSA and interview prep. You leave with six capstones on GitHub and an Agentic AI Developer certificate.
